Which one of these cardigans is better?
I bought two black sweaters today, one is very plain except for the shoulders where it is ruffly, the other one has a ruffly bottom and sequins on the front - which one would look better with a black tank with a glitzy neckline?

Hi Rock Candy! It's BumbleBee with a changed name and such.
I heart cardigans and both are so cute! 
The first one would go better with a simple tank and the bottom one with the glitzy neckline tank. It's all in balancing the act. You could go over-the-top (per se) or really simple, but anything will do on Rock Candy!
