leather mini skirt with satin/silk blouse?

im looking for a leather/pvc mini skirt.they look so sexy on the net.
then i found micro ones even sexyer.i notice that all the sites i look on the model is wear a satin/silk blouse,red and white/ivory.so is the mini still a goog choice to buy and wear and do people wear the blouse cus the skirt and blouse feel sexy on.i value advice girls cus i want to try a skirt and blouse.are the any very good mini/blouse shops

It, especially real leather, can certainly look good, but "good" depends on the context. Good at a club isn't the same as good in an office, for example. Granted, a genuine leather skirt that is *at least* knee length, perhaps a shade longer, and paired with the right top, can work very well in an office setting [check your dress codes though]. However, the mini would be too over the top. Again, it's about the context in which you plan to wear the ensemble.
